Dear Seung Cho, Thank you for visiting our resort for 1 night during your recent visit to Phu Quoc Island. We’re sorry that our resort was not suitable for your requirements. Our beachfront location is in a quiet and remote area in the north of the island located around 30 minutes from the main town so we do recommend a stay of more than 1 night to enjoy our resort. We do suggest that guests read the resort information and our past reviews, good and bad, before they visit our resort, to understand if our resort and location is suitable for them. The repair work that was undertaken in June at the other end of the resort, is to prevent erosion and protect our coconut trees. We try to minimise any necessary maintenance to not disturb our guests, and we’re sorry if you felt this was an issue during your stay. We encourage our guests to provide feedback while they are staying at the resort so we can ensure a positive experience. Next time, we would encourage you to speak to our staff or directly to our family owners if you have an issue, as we really would have appreciated the opportunity to improve your stay with us.
