The location of this hotel is great. Right on the beach and close to the Night Market and other markets. The hotel is not large and has a limited breakfast…though makes up for it by wonderful staff. Julie Thuy Do made our room extra special since we were celebrating a birthday event. We selected a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the water. Sunsets were unbelievable! If I had one wish…it would be for the room to be slightly bigger for bags and personal items. With this said, the huge windows, large shower and beautiful setting made up for this. I would definitely stay here again!

Floor had dirty footprints from previous occupants when we arrived. 2 x downlights not working. Check in felt rushed with a lot of focus on charges for missing towels, mis use of room etc. Some info regarding hotel location to sights /activities would have been greatly appreciated. Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.

Wonderful stay at M Hotel Phu Quoc!

We stayed for three nights in two rooms, as a group of five (three adults and two children), and we were absolutely delighted with the entire experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable – perfect for families! Everything was clean and inviting, and the hotel’s location is also excellent. The service was outstanding. We especially want to highlight Thanh and Anh, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were always welcoming, helpful, and kind – a big thank you to both for the excellent service! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!
