My first trip to Phú Quốc island was an unforgettable experience, my mom and I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Ocean Bay resort. This is the most stunning resort I’ve visited in Vietnam. The infinity pools, which offer breathtaking ocean views, are simply amazing. Our village room was clean and beautifully appointed, and I particularly loved the outdoor tropical shower in the bathroom. The staffs were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. We loved our stay here. The facilities were exceptional and cannot be faulted. The variety of areas to sit and relax, sunbake, swim etc are fantastic. It is tranquil and relaxing. Rooms a beautiful and everything is luxurious in the rooms. More regular availability to order food and drinks would be great - maybe a QR code ordering system as couches all have numbers. Staff are trying but are struggling to keep up with the demands of the vast number of nationalities that are visiting. A shuttle service out to the varied restaurants and spas as well as the ATM would be fantastic every half hour - that would complete the experience. Overall I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return.

A true slice of paradise! 🌴✨🌺

From the moment we arrived at Grand Ocean Bay Resort Phu Quoc, we were completely blown away. Everything about this place radiates luxury and serenity — it truly felt like a real-life White Lotus experience (minus the drama!). The service was warm, prompt and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of fresh, tasty options and unreal ocean views to start each day. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed with luxurious wooden and rainforest-inspired finishes, while still feeling high end and polished. Everything was spotless, with amazing attention to detail in both furnishings and amenities. The pool area overlooking the ocean was paradise and the swim up cocktail bar was pure bliss. The spa was another highlight — I had a massage with the sea breeze and sound of waves in the background… heaven. We loved the convenient location, close to the main attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary airport shuttle made everything seamless. We didn’t want to leave. 3 nights wasn’t enough! It truly felt like tropical paradise — the best resort we’ve ever stayed in (& we’ve stayed at many!) We will 100% be back.

Our stay at the Grand Ocean Bay was supposed to be the highlight of our honeymoon, unfortunately, it was very underwhelming. The property is stunning and the design inside and out is gorgeous. However, the operations of the property is lacking. Shown to a room that was dirty, told it wasn't our room, moved to a new room, no hot water, no hair conditioner. This was remedied quickly but we never had enough hot water to fill the tub, which was a big reason for booking the property. We went to the pool and they had no beach towels left. The restaurant food was amazing! Napkins would be useful. When I booked, I was told there would be a basic honeymoon setup but we received nothing. I didn't think much about it until I saw another guest receive a happy birthday dessert plate at breakfast. This was disappointing. When I gave feedback, the communication was frustrating and I felt the compensation lacking. We went from being offered a beachfront villa(we only had one day left and didn't want to move again), to drink vouchers, to being offered a private vehicle to the airport (when they already offer this service). We asked to get some drinks taken off the bill which was initially rejected, this was confusing. In the end, they took some minibar drinks from our tab, which didn't feel comparable to a beachfront villa upgrade in terms of compensation. All in all, a beautiful looking 5 star property but lacking in 5 star operations.

전 너무너무 좋았지만, 깔끔하고 청결한 도시형 호텔 선호하시는 분들은 맘에 안 들어할 수도 있을 것 같아요. 리조트 바로 앞에 해변가 바라보며 수영하고 밥 먹고 하니 천국이 따로 없었습니다!

シャワーの水圧をもう少し頑張ってほしい。 あとは、お湯が途中でぬるくなるので、そこも頑張ってほしい。 それ以外は、朝食はとても美味しく、雰囲気も良いので、ついつい長居して、ゆったりした朝を過ごせて、オーシャンビューの部屋であれば、毎日素晴らしいサンセットが見られます。 泊まるならオーシャンビューの部屋が絶対にオススメです。 ビーチも目の前だし、プールもあるし、巣篭もりの旅には最高です。 近くに美味しいレストランも何軒かあるので、着いてすぐはホテル近くで食事してました。 タクシーはGrabも呼べますが、大通りまで歩けば、無料のVinバスが、北はヴァンワンダーから南はサンセットタウンの手前のインターコンチネンタルまで走ってるので、時間があれば乗るのも楽しいです。 レストランは、街中の方が多いので、バスを降りて散策しても楽しいと思います。 お土産は街中かナイトマーケットの方が色々選べると思います。 私はベトナム語はもちろん英語も不自由ですが、スタッフさんは皆さん優しく、不慣れな日本語にも頑張って通訳アプリ等でこちらの希望を汲み取ってくれたり、親身になってくれるので、安心感がありました。 このホテルは『とにかく何もせずにゆったり過ごす』という目的にピッタリです。 あまり若い旅行者もおらず、喧騒から離れた非日常に浸れます。

와공되지않아 리셉션이 멀고 버기로 이동해야만하는 블편함이 있지만 수영장 뷰 만큼은 힐링 그자체였네요 바다따라 5분 돔 넘게 걷다보면 버기 콜 없이 조식과 피트니스 등 리셉션으로 삐르게 갈 수 있구요~ 청결면에선 관리자가 좀 부족한 느낌이긴해요 작은 개미들이 많아서… 침구까지~ 그부분이 가장 아쉬웠어요… 지금까지 여행중 개미로 고생해본건 처음인듯 ㅠㅠ 직원들 친절하고 다른건 모두 좋았어요

리조트가 곳곳이 예쁩니다. 그리고 직원들의 친절도가 정말 만족스러워요 수영장은 크진않지만 노을질때 수영장에서 석양만 보고있어도 행복해집니다 다만 메인풀 벌레가 많이 떠 다녀서 그것만 개선되면 좋을꺼같아요 세컨풀에서는 아직 음식이 준비 되지 않아서 풀바만 이용 가능합니다 화장실이 자연친화적?이라서 당황스러웠지만 지내다보니 익숙해집니다 전체적으로 만족스러워서 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다

정말 로맨틱한 공간이었어요. 욕실이 개방형이라 벌레가 들어오긴 했지만 그걸 감안하고 예약했던 거라.. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 잘 관리 되어있어 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했어요!

좋은데 버기를 타는게 불편하고 시간예측이 안되서 불편해요 그리고 직원들이 별로 친절하지 않아요.. 직원에 비해 리조트가 넓은거 아닌가 싶긴하고..비치관리 좀 하자.. 쓰레기 둥둥.. 수영장옆에 화장실 청소 안되고...청소는 엉망 그래도 가성비를 생각하면 다시 이용할겁니다
