I checked into room 201, I came down to the lobby around 5 pm to let the know the shower wasn't working nor the TV they basically brushed me off. And I couldn't shower or get comfortable. They didn't move me til almost 9 pm. It was a big inconvenience. And I was tired and dirty and wanted to shower. They didn't even think about accommodating me a free night. For this inconvenience. And I will be reporting this to the city of PHX. Because if my room didn't have water I'm pretty sure there is other rooms with the same issues.

I had a great experience staying at Stay 7 Studio on North Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. The studio setup was practical and convenient, especially for a longer stay, and everything worked exactly as it should. Housekeeping kept the property in good shape, and common areas were consistently clean. The location is another big plus. Being right off the Black Canyon Highway made it easy to get around Phoenix, and there were plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and essentials within a short drive. It felt like a safe and accessible area, which definitely matters when choosing a place to stay.

When I arrived to the hotel the owner was calling the staff at the desk and telling them to delete reservations. When I got to my room the toilet did not flush, there was no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom countertop was falling off the wall, and there was no tv remote. After talking to the front desk, the toilet and shower were fixed, a remote was brought, and a temporary fix for the counter was put in. It had four walls and a door that locked

We couldn’t stay. The property felt very unsafe. The employees we dealt with were very nice and helpful, but they had been asked by management to cancel our pre-paid reservation before we arrived. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, with cigarette burns on the bedspread. Illegal activities were happening in stairwells and parking lot. It was horrible and should not be offered by Expedia. It was nothing like it appears online.

Filthy, unsafe, supposedly it was nonsmoking and no pets but smoking and pets barking, no hot water, tv didn’t work, people fighting and very loud. Bed was hard and had plastic on mattress so it was noise. Very disappointing nasty place

There aremany sketchy people in and around this hotel.the people in the room next to us never went sleep.....of course around 3am a physical altercation that sounded like a brawl.but the whole place seemed so sketchy we just hunkered down quikly went to our car in the mornimg and left.i did mention to the attendant at the desk what happened and he acted really shocked,which seemed dishonest due to the sketchy people evrywhere in and putside of the hotel.

Kinda looks like a bullet that didn't fully penetrate

Well, you have kids don’t bring them to this hotel you walk outside directly and there’s a fentanyl pulling out in the parking lot. If it’s not that then you’ll be walking outside to a rig a.k.a. a needle laying out in the parking lot. I had to notify the office twice about drugs, just being openly in the parking lot. I work 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. I have a service dog who is Walid licensed with the United dog services? I am documented extreme seizure patient I come home at lunchtime because normally my seizures acquire around those times but it’s not always accurate when I leave by Dog house sometimes that’s what he’s trained to do for Seizures the manager Ashley downstairs because now they placed me in a room above the office all of a sudden wants to complain that my dog’s being loud because he’s being trained on how to be

I’m gonna start first and foremost if you have kids don’t come and rent to this hotel on two occasions when I was staying in room 101 and the bottom floor in the back I walked outside to my car and happened. I just looked down by getting in my car and there was a fentanyl peeing on the ground just the other day coming out to the parking lot with my five-year-old kid and my Service dog and a needleI am by law, legally, medically, deemed severe case of seizures, my service, Dog chewy who has gone through the training, has ID card, his certification with his documented number and his ID case number allowed to be a service animal houses when I have seizures as he is trained I have been staying here since October not once if I had a complaint against my dog and his howling that he does almost on the daily I come home at lunchtime at noon between 1030 and noon and when I leave for work he house I have seizures around that time. That’s why I come home at lunchtime and he will have some times throughout the rest of the day and concerns for me, but I mean, told that I cannot extend my place to stay because of my Service dog doing his duties. I have filed a complaint with the ADA. The only reason why they’re complaining is because the room they put me in is right above the office and because my dog howls and because whoever sitting at the front desk can’t handle it because they don’t know what it’s like to have a service animal, they’re going against every state law that there is.

The room window was completely cracked and held together with tape. The bathroom door would not lock or close properly. The elevator had loud cricket noises inside. Overall, it felt unsafe and poorly maintained.

Check in was perfect. Not the room... Used and rusty room. Ran out of hot water at 9pm and it's 4am and still no hot water. Noisy room, door have a gap thru you actually can see outside. First and last time here.

The room was pretty clean and they had security maintain the grounds. Mainly I loved the accessibility and staff experience! Eric was always very nice and helpful! Also it was located near the highway which made it great to get around to other places in Phoenix. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I can tell they’re touching up the property so that’s a good thing. Very good for what I paid for it. It did smell a bit funky, but it wasn’t dirty by any means. Staff were very friendly. A bit too cold for the pool so I never got to use it.
