"We had such a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa! My daughter and I came to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect getaway.
One thing that really stood out was the exceptional service. We arrived before 11:00 a.m., even though check-in wasn’t until later in the afternoon, and the front desk was kind enough to have a room ready for us right away. After an early flight, that made such a difference and was greatly appreciated.
We booked this resort specifically for AquaNights, and it did not disappoint. The pools and palm trees are beautifully lit in the evening, creating such a relaxing and magical atmosphere. The resort itself is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do.
My only suggestion would be to cool the pool water a bit during the summer. It was around 113°F while we were there, so the pool water became very warm and wasn’t as refreshing as we had hoped.
Overall, we had an amazing time and made wonderful birthday memories together. We would definitely stay here again!"
