The space itself is nice, and the staff is friendly. The outdoor heated pool and other amenities are wonderful aspects to the hotel. In our room, the sink was cracked, most of the outlets did not work and there was a stain on the comforter. Communication from the hotel to its guests is not optimal.

I booked a solo trip here for my 22nd Birthday, 3 nights. Everything was amazing. My deluxe room was clean & spotless. The view was immaculate . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I even called down to the front desk so someone could zip my dress up for my dinner & She came immediately and helped. The outdoor pool was clean and nice. The designs and interior did it for me. I love the blackout curtains & moody style it gave. The only thing I disliked was no microwaves :( lol . 10/10 though still, I recommend this & will be staying more often.
