The room was clean and the staff at the main desk were extremely helpful and polite. I stay here whenever I attend special events at The Colonial Theatre and haven't had a bad experience yet.

This is a very cute, clean little spot. Perfect to stay for a wedding or party. The staff was super friendly, especially the owner. Beds were very comfy and the room was quiet. Nothing fancy, but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Nice little complimentary coffee and pastry bar in the AM.

The staff were fantastic!!! Beautiful convenient property, lovely welcoming lobby. The rooms were fine, quite basic but a little love could be used on the edges but I believe the hotel is currently undergoing renovations so perhaps the rooms will get refreshed. Toiletries are fine and basic could be handy to have lotion. Nice complimentary coffee breakfast bar with snacks, really nice hotel

The hotel is under new management and recently renovated. The new owner Christina and the front desk manager Jo-Ann were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The Inn is located in heart of downtown Phoenixville in walking distance to restaurants, cafes and many unique shops. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Phoenixville area, I highly recommend you check out the Mainstay Inn

The Mainstay Inn is in the PERFECT location for walking around the nearby shops, coffee shops, and breweries. The staff were extremely nice. We can’t wait to go back and discover more to Phoenixville!

The Mainstay Inn is fine. Its location is the best part. While the property was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, it was a very basic place. No ice machines (need to ask desk staff to get you ice), limited amenities and tight quarters in the room, very limited "breakfast," and extremely limited parking. All that being said, nothing was particularly wrong with it, and it does seem like they are working hard to provide good customer service.
