"Réservation faite avec Expedia 1 adulte 1 enfant de 10 ans , petits déjeuners inclus. Une erreur a été commise puisque l'enfant n'a pas été pris en compte. Ma fille a dû repayé le petit déjeuner et l'hôtel ment en disant qu'elle n'a payé que la taxe locale x 2 alors qu'elle ne s'applique pas aux mineurs. Une honte de ne pas prendre ses responsabilités !!!"

The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "This hotel is not for luxury travellers, but it's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again."

"Un véritable coup de cœur. Ce lieu est une recommandation absolue, pour absolument tout : la situation, l’accueil chaleureux, le confort et le délicieux petit-déjeuner. Nous avons réservé à la toute dernière minute et avons pourtant vécu un week-end merveilleux à Saint‑Jean‑de‑Paracol, tout près de Rouvenac. Un endroit d’exception, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Un vrai haut niveau, à tous points de vue."

"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."

"Rooms full of character, very historic property and city. The surrounding area is scenic and nice to explore. Hotel no good for anyone with limited mobility, no lift and steep winding stairs. Perfect for us though."

"Un excellent moment passé au sein de cette magnifique chambre d'hôte. Nathalie et son mari sont au petit soin, à la recherche du détail qui compte. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... Vraiment je ne peux que conseiller le Grenier Occitan pour une pause serène...
