"We booked and paid for a 7 night stay at this apartment. We arrived around 7:30pm local time after an all night trans-Atlantic flight from Canada.
We were met by Ruba, who does not speak Engish. She communicates via what’s app with her English speaking sister, Joudy, who we believe does not reside in Greece.
The issues we faced:
1. The bed was advertised as KING size, it was Queen size.
2. There are NO stunning views from this apartment as advertised.

"My family and I stayed here for 6 days.
The staff is very friendly and they really look after their guests. Clean facilities. The rooms were also clean and up to date. Chris the manager, was very courteous and friendly, as well as attentive to any questions about the property and Crete’s tourist attractions. The heated pool was a great retreat.
The breakfast was wonderful with quite a few healthy options. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again upon visiting Crete...
