Traffic and church bell noise but other than that this guest house is very conveniently situated only minutes walk from the main harbour front and all the restaurants. Clean room with housekeeping every day. No view from our balcony but was in shade which we were glad of. Reception staff helpful but only available for a couple of hours in the morning."

"We chose Quayside for a mini-break to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday, attracted by the hotel's top reviews. Initially, I worried it might not suit our family, as we were traveling with our 8-year-old twins. However, our room was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of space for all of us. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings; on Tuesday night, we listened to live jazz from the restaurant next door. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was perfect. The quayside was beautiful and kept impeccably clean. We loved watching the fishermen and listening to the church bells. We can't wait to return."
