Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. Face à cette situation absurde, j’ai dû contacter le service client d’Hôtel.com pour intervenir, car la gérante, ne parlait pas...

"Personnel très à l'écoute, accueillant et serviable. Mon fils avait oublié dans sa chambre un bas de survêtement, ils nous ont appelé et l'ont mis de côté et on a pu le récupérer une semaine plus tard. Ils prennent les chèques vacances papier et connect."

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced.
