"บริการได้แย่มาก ก่อนเข้าพักก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ เช้าไปยืนอยู่หน้าตึก ยืนหนาว เข้าตึกไม่ได้ กริ้งห้องพักที่เรียกเข้าไปข้างในก็ใช่ไม่ได้ พอดีมีชั้นอื่นเขากำลังเข้าไป จึงสามารถเข้าไปกดกริ่งหน้าห้องพักได้ และแขกที่เขาพักออกมาเปิดให้ และบอกเบอร์ที่เขาจองกับเวบอื่นในติดต่อ ก็ยังไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ จึงวางกระเป๋าไว้หน้าห้องพัก แล้วไปเดินในเมือง เพื่อรอเช็คอินน์ตามที่ป้ายเขียนไว้ 11:00-20:00 แต่พอกลับมาเวลา ก่อนหน้า 11:00 พยายามติดต่อก็ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ จึงเดินกลับมาที่ตึก เพื่อเช็คอินน์...

"We were greeted by a lovely lady and we were on our honeymoon with a 3 night pitstop in Verona... Upon entry to our room the bed was made up lovely with prosecco and balloons... A very appreciated and lovely gesture for us to receive - thank you!! The accommodation was in a great spot - despite lots of students out on the street you couldn't hear them in the apartment which was a relief. The bathroom was immaculate also. If I had anything negative to say - I'd say the bed is a bit 'off' the...
