"The hotel is a bit aged.
The check in was quick and professional. The lady who checked us in was attentive and gave us quite a lot of information.
The amenities and facilities were average. There were (i) sauna, (ii) steam room, (iii) warm water pool, and (iv) a smaller water pool in the locker room. However, there is no hanger to hang towels around the water pools. Also, the smaller water pool is filled with room temperature water, so it kind of frustrated the purpose of it (I was expecting a cold water plunge to jump into after sauna). Each user is also only allocated one towel. I would expect a 5-star hotel to put more towels around, so people can switch towels after each use of the sauna / steam room.
The Chinese restaurant on fifth floor was pretty good."
