Good location in a beautiful old building. Lovely corridors and courtyard. We stayed in a family room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Strong AC and hot shower. Breakfast was superb and the welcome drink and afternoon snack were great touches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator was helpful for taking luggage up.

The hotel's location might be good, but I wasn't satisfied with some of the services. For example, the elevators were so slow that I waited 15 minutes for one to arrive. Also, the pool water was cold, and I couldn't enjoy swimming. My room wasn't cleaned despite my having a cleaning card. I asked for slippers, and three times they brought me a toothbrush; there seems to be a communication problem.

Great, everything works. Only inconvenience to note if u book the same room under 2 different reservations, u need to reactivate your room cards for the next booking. We stayed over 3 nights. Booked 2 nights with breakfast & 1 without breakfast coz of an early flight. We had to reactivate the cards even though it’s for the same room, under the same name.
