"This was a very comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, and easily accessible as well. The TV didn't have volume when I turned it on but after I told the office the manager came right away, did a restart of the device, and it worked again. I was able to park right next to my room and I liked how the motel looked on the outside, too. It's a short, simple drive into town while being removed from any distractions. The price is right, too, and the manager friendly. I would gladly stay again."
"Everything was great. Room were very cleaned and smelled clean. Staff were very nice and the pool area was great. Hight light* The hot tub was dangerously hot, above tolerating and they came and adjusted the temperature. Very accommodating. "

"The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "
"We loved the location of this property. It’s close to dining, shopping and the river to relax by. The room was as pictured, clean and welcoming. No issues with parking or needing a pass. Gas station next door for snacks or items left at home. Has a cute pool area but was too cold for us to use. "
"We had a welcome sign in our window when we arrived. Room was ready for us well ahead of bormal check-in time. I love the old, vintage touches!! Super conveniently located to spend the day @ Franconia Notch SP. Pool was still open & hot tub was really warm. "
