"The property itself is beautiful and very clean. However I believe the staff are the crown in the jewel. We booked Fairmont gold and let me tell you it’s worth the upgrade. The staff and concierge are the most friendly and helpful people you could ever encounter. Rolley, george Pascoal and Peter started our days with a smile. They are always looking to make sure you have everything you want and more. Not to forget Alisha at the gold desk who also goes above and beyond to make your stay go...
