"I didn’t use the spa, they are not for me, however the staff are outstanding, the breakfast so much choice, very nice. The whole place is spotless. Absolutely amazing place to stay. "

"Arrived and the pool was not functioning as a pool technician had just left. My kids were not happy they had to wait a day to swim and we paid a lot of money. I then asked for compensation to be told flat out no.
On the last day I asked again and they gave us $30 bucks to put towards scooters but still not good enough. "
