"Our room door wouldn't lock. Didn't need a key to get in. Just pushed on door and it opened. Went down and told the front desk and she just acted dumb founded. Second time I went and complained I asked for a different room which she said there was none and then I asked to speak to a manager which she said wasn't there in the evenings and that she would try it and get maintenance there to look at it. Maintenance never showed we tried getting it to lock on our own but it was too messed up so we got no sleep because anytime we heard something in the hallway we were worried somebody was going to come in. As of date still no phone call received from manager"

"The staff here was like being at home. Marlene and her team set the bar for guest appreciation. From the front desk greeting to folllow up in the bar restaraunt we felt like we were invited to dinner and drinks. Frank the bar tender served us dinner and even cheese cake in the lounge area. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. Everything in the room worked and was spotless. Add this one to your stay here list"
