My second time at Sirin Exclusive. It is a nice property, well kept and big clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful in all areas. The location is ideal for me as I prefer not to be center city, there is everything needed within walking distance. Nice rooftop pool with excellent views. The manager Joe was very helpful to accommodate a request for me. I will stay here again when I return.🙏

My stay at the Sirin Exclusive Hotel was vbery enjoyable. It is a modern hotel and the rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Rooms have good air-conditioning, with a small kitchenette with full size fridge, great for longer stays. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is at the quieter end of Soi5 and walkable to the beach and a short Bolt ride from the bus station, so ideally situated.

Nice trip

Good rooms and very clean. Great staff albeit the same cannot be said about the guests. Noisy people in the middlevofvthe night drunk and shouting on their phones. Pool is nice when it is sunny. Downside a lot if street noise

Best hotel during our trip. The staff made it feel like a 5 star hotel. The family suite is well worth the money and the facilities were true to the pictures. We had 3 balconies with views. It was nice to relax at roof top pool after day at the beach. The beach was a 10 minute enjoyable walk. This hotel was true to it's online marketing. Wish we stayed longer.

*Beautiful hotel ! *Very clean! *So kind and helpful staff ! *very large and spacious rooms and bathrooms (we stayed with 2 kids 9&13 and we took 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one with whirlpool bath) *everything works without problems! *very comfortable beds and an additional sofa bed in the living room! *air conditioners work flawlessly and have many other functions (e.g. heating or just the fan)! *everything is to a very high standard! *the pool is clean and not overcrowded! *jacuzzi in the pool and in the bathtub in the bathroom! *clean towels and bed linen changed daily! *everything cleaned daily to the highest standard! * refillable all liquids (soap, bath and hair shampoo) without having to ask! *free sleepers, toothbrushes! *bathrobes! *perfect location, close to everything, close to the market, restaurants, street food, massages and many other attractions

It was a nice stay at the hotel ,it can be a little noisy at night with motorbikes racing along outside and dogs barking near all night ,i did notice the smell of drugs being smoked on balconies at the hotel by a few of the new young residents, its not a good image for the hotel and you shpuld really stop them doing it because the smell is horrible not to mention illegal ,but apart from that my cleaning lady was lovely and a hard worker and the bell boys and security are always polite and helpful, i would stay at the hotel again ,thank you

An OK experience

The building is in quite good condition and the room are spacious. Big and comfortable bed. Large fridge and a kitchen where is possible to make your own food/dinner. But in fact there weren't much cooking amenities. Anyway, i suggest you skip to include breakfast, because you dont get a hotell breakfast. Swimming pool on top of the building, is large enough to swim. In fact is the place just a condo building and not a hotell..but it is a good one and my favorite so far in this area of pratumnak. Suitable for families, couples and also single traveler's.

Sirin Exclusive Hotel & Residence Pattaya, Chonbur

The lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and well appointed. Very very spacious and clean lobby. The staff was nice, friendly and had smiles. The hotel room hallway floors (outside of room) were clean and had an open lobby to roof look The rooms were a decent size and had microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator, & (2) plates. The shower (no tub) had great hot water). Oddly, no dishwashing liquid in kitchen…. As with most hotels the room hallways are extremely hot. No ac The pool closes at 8pm, way to early…. Although I paid for double occupancy the hotel refused to give me (2) room card keys…. The hotel is extremely stingy with towels & clearly didn’t like changing bed sheets.. Overall the room cleaning service was ok at best….. The breakfast & overall hotel food was some of the worst I have had. Terrible to be exact. Nothing on the food & beverage staff, nice but the food wasn’t good. At all. The bed pillows are trash. Horrible bed pillows….. You can smoke on the balcony which was super nice. The balcony door stuck a bit, needed to apply a bit f force to open…. This area is very much a family, quite, couples “area” of town – nice. Plenty of 7-11’s, stores & restaurants very close…
