A great day in Pattaya

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a language barrier, but we made it through. I enjoyed my time. Staff was very friendly and the room service was excellent. Clean and neat.

The room was ok but the bed oh my god I have never in my life ever felt a bed so hard couldn’t sleep for the two nights I was there : ( I suggest you put pillow top mattress on all the beds not everyone likes to sleep on concrete .. the breakfast was terrible all the stuff was cold, not a good selection at all everything was horrible , the staff were great that was the only thing . So I will never book there again sorry

Das Frühstück war eintönig. Es gab während meines Aufenthaltes von 4 Wochen nur 2 (!) unterschiedliche warme Gerichte. Neben Spaghetti mit einer Tomaten-Hackfleisch-Sosse (täglich im Angebot) wurden zu 98% ein oft kalt serviertes Hühnchenfleisch, oder ein Hackfleisch mit Chili und Kräutern (2%), aus dem man sich wenigstens ein "Pad Khra Pao" mixen konnte, aufgetischt. Die "Brotauswahl" war auf Toast beschränkt und neben 2 unterschiedlichen Marmeladen konnte man sich noch gekochten Schinken oder Würstchen, und ebenfalls oft kalte Spiegeleier auflegen. Auf Nachfrage gab es auch Rührei oder Omelette. Abends wurden Menschen in Bussen herangekarrt, die dann am kommenden Morgen wieder abgereist sind. Für Tages- oder Übernachtungsgäste mag das Buffet in dieser Form ausreichend sein, weil man nicht 4 Wochen das Gleiche vorgesetzt bekommt. Meine Keykarte für das Zimmer musste 9x entsperrt werden. Einen Grund konnte man mir dafür nicht nennen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber was beim Wischen nicht aufgenommen werden kann, verschwindet unter den Betten. Die Betten sind gut, aber für meine Bedürfnisse leider etwas zu hart. Den einzigen Pluspunkt, den ich zu vergeben habe ist der Pool, der zwar auch zu Beginn ohne Handtücher aufwartete, aber immerhin recht erfrischend war. Die Poolbar war nie besetzt und der Aufforderung, für eine Bestellung die "3" zu wählen, konnte ich mangels Telefon leider auch nicht nachkommen. Ich verstehe nicht wer dieses Hotel mit 4 und mehr Sternen bewertet.
