I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid to
Well I actually checked out one day early a few of my reasons for this was was awakened at 5am with noise from other guests using the hotel as a knocking shop. Secondly around 7am fanced a coffee try to get kettle to work but was faulty so I asked reception if they could replace the kettle they said not until 9am so quick calculation two hour wait come 9am know one came so called reception again at 9.20am someone came so I thought he would replace kettle straight away no such luck lol. Also trim on wall socket fell of exposing screws from behind would of been so easy for a child to get electrical shock from this. Also was no spoons to stir my coffee with but I didn't get a coffee in the first place oh yes nearly forgot asked for quite room on high floor from the beginning they said maybe tomorrow the second night. And remember this hotel is in residential area so can be noise be warned

They need a real manager!
I've stayed a few times here. This hotel could easily get 5 stars from me but I am upset with some management shortcomings. Let's start with the positive. The rooms are big, nicely furnished, good condition, there is a swimming pool. But the negative: The aircon is the noisiest I've ever had in Thailand. Impossible to sleep with the aircon turned on. In the hot season I will avoid this hotel. The pool isn't regularly cleaned, the seating facility around it is very very poor. Wifi is as bad as ever (difficult to get a connection that lasts more than 10 minutes). Basic maintenance is lacking everywhere, their "new" fitness corner is totally useless with most equipment out of order, the breakfast room they once had when they first opened the hotel has long closed... I just have the impression that they don't care. Sad. They could be great.

No Effective WiFi
WI-FI, according to long term tenants has been broken and un-repaired for well over three months. The front desk is always saying repair is coming - the truth is the system is at lest 8 years old, outdated and cannot hold a connection for more than 3 minutes. Further the speed is 512MB; that is not a typo..... 512MB which is proof of antiquated system. Hotel refuses to invest an fix the problem.

Place is fine. I would definitely go back. Only thing that annoyed me was the lift and I think there was only 1. It was quite slow

Good value for the money you pay.
Ive been staying at this hotel several time mainly due to its good price.. it has decent room size and decent cleaning service but the hotel stuff are not very helpfull not good english speaking espacially at evening time nor too friendly. Almost everytime i had to wait long time untill they found my reservation, sometimes i had to wait almost 30 minutes. So my conclusion is.. value for the money you pay for but dont expect too much.

Popular hotel in good spot
I love Soi Buakhao so this spot was great. Have you ever stayed at a place that doesn't provide soap and shampoo though? I had to ask to be provided toilet tissue one day. Batteries fall out of open safe and the battery for the aircon was almost flat too.

it's all good except the reception is not that responsibility to check my booking and she just double checked in my booking without confirm,and blame back to customer,we argued about half hour when i check out，not cool

Noisy night though good location
The place is near the city center and room is good and clean. But there are many beer bars around this hotel and terribly noisy with loud volume of music until 4AM. Unfortunately I could not sleep well. If you want to enjoy drinking until late night, it's no problem to stay. But if you want to be relax, it's better to choose another hotel.

Booking What Booking?
I had a weeks golfing lined up in Pattaya, I booked with Expedia (Australia) for a week at the 3star Glow. It is in a great location, just of Soi Bukakow right next to both the night-life and where our golf HQ is. There I was on cloud 9 heading for a week of relaxation, flight and taxi on time, everything running like clockwork. Upon trying to book in, I was met with a mixture of a couldn't care less attitude and hostility by the staff. They claimed that I hadn't booked, when I showed them my email confirmation and that I had even pre-paid, it made not a jot of difference. "You have paper, we not have paper, you not book with us". So, suitcase and golf clubs in hand, I was literally "sent packing"....luckily (a) I know my way round Pattaya (b) it isn't yet high season, so I found another hotel to book into. I popped round to see the Manager of Glow Hotel the next day. It was clear the reception staff hadn't informed him of my plight..he merely smiled and didn't seem too bothered. My conclusion is that be very careful to get confirmation direct from this hotel of your booking. If you don't you might end up like me - unceremoniously told to go and find somewhere else. I have yet to have the issue resolved by Expedia, they are having difficulty getting a response from Glow Hotel...why am I not surprised LOL.

Very disappointing would not stay again
Me and my wife staid there in October/November for 25 days we where not told that the room would be cleaned every 3 days and after 2 days I asked for clean towels at reception and I was told NO, I asked why was our room not being cleaned daily they said because I have a long stay deal you room is cleaned every 3 days which they missed our room on the 3rd day and this meant the room was not cleaned until 6 days with the same towels. The hotel is also on the same soi as the Pattaya ice factory so there is a lot local men working in the area and drinking beer and loa cow outside the hotel main entrance not the ideal image you would expect for a hotel.

Glowing at Glow
This is a brand new hotel located on a quiet side street off Soi Bua Kao in the heart of Pattaya. Large lovely rooms are equipped with everything you need for a peaceful sanctuary away from all the fun and excitement outside. The reception staff and room maids were helpful and friendly. As a regular visitor to Pattaya, I will stay at this hotel again for sure.

Great Budget Hotel
Stayed for 3 nights. Very happy with the hotel. It has been refurbished recently and in the corridors I could occasionally smell plaster and paint. No smells in the room. Rooms are very big, well finished with comfortable and clean linens. Location is quiet too. I would definitely stay here again.

コストパフォーマンス良い
フロントの対応は、丁寧でした。ただ、掃除は手抜き感があり、残念でした。部屋も広くてバルコニー有り喫煙可能。徒歩圏内に食事、買物、ランドリー、バービア、何でも揃っていて、利便性抜群。コストパフォーマンスも良い。今回5泊でしたが、再度、泊まりたいホテルです。金額を気にせず、のんびりダラダラと過ごすには、最高のホテルでした。

部屋がかなり広いし快適。ただリノベーションはしてあるものの、8階にもかかわらず、蟻がちらほらいる。食べ残した容器は洗うなり、食べカスは袋に密封しないと大群が群がるので注意。

Hotel nuevo con buen precio, pero en zona ruidosa
Hotel nuevo, con habitaciones grandes, bien equipadas, en buen estado, pero ventanas y puerta de terraza con muy mal aislamiento acústico del exterior, se escucha casi como si estuviese abierto. Bares ruidosos a ambos lados hasta la madrugada, algunas noches mas ruidosos. En el lado mercado son tranquilas de día, el otro lado también es ruidoso durante el dia. Esta bien para quien tenga el sueño profundo o se acueste muy tarde. La mayoría de hoteles de la zona son ruidosos en la noche; este al menos tiene buenas habitaciones

ソイ・ブァッカオからすこし入ったところにある非常にロケーションのいいホテルです。 ホテル自体はまだ比較的あたらしく部屋は清潔できれいです。 私が泊まった部屋には小さいバルコニーがありました。さすがパタヤの気候、洗濯物があっという間に乾きました。 WiFiのネット接続はほとんどつかいものになりませんでした。あらかじめSIMを調達しておくといいです。 価格はタイミングによって変動がしますが、全体的にはおすすめできるホテルだと思います。

I stayed for 3 weeks. - On day one I had to call for maintenance to fix the AC. It was making a lot of noise but it got fixed. - On one occasion the cleaning staff forgot to put new towels in the room. I got new ones from the front desk in the middle of the night. - The hotel has some wear and tear. Loose tiles in the corridor, loose faucet in the bathroom sink. For the price I paid I'm satisfied.

徒歩やソンテオでいろいろな場所にアクセス便利。周辺Ｂａｒも安価で料理品数も豊富。宿泊料金がシーズンにより変動が大きめに感じられましたが、お値打ちに利用できる際は、おおいに候補になります。Ｒコン系に名前替わってリニューアルされたようです。
