Room with a view! Very nice! Contrary to some other reviews, our room was nicely clean nd the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very generous and tasty with a very attentive and friendly server. Strolled around and found a wonderful gourmet restaurant nearby on the main road with a view of the lake. Only drawback was, being a Friday night, the nearby outdoor bar was a little loud until around midnight.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities, airconditioned rooms, swimming pool, private car park (could get very busy at weekends but always managed to squeeze in) all very clean.

The setting is gorgeous and there are paths to walk around the shore of Lake Trasimeno or a ferry In which to cross the lake. Rooms are small but tidy, with the usual small bathroom. While the dinner menu was limited, there were numerous restaurants nearby that offered a variety of Italian cuisine, even an Irish restaurant.

Property was in great lication to middle of resturant area. Lots to choose from. Only issue was this weekend was kick off to their local festival, and had music in park (very loud) until 2am. Other than that, its Italy and there is a festival somewhere almost anywhere you go in summer.

Lovely relaxed and friendly hotel.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t glamorous, but was comfortable and relaxed and very clean. Our room was tasteful, the furnishings seemed fairly new and everything worked. The air conditioning was very effective, which was great as it was really hot outside. The pool was inviting not bathroom facilities by the pool were rather shabby. The position of the hotel allowed marvellous views of the lake both from our room and the restaurant. Staff were accommodating when we needed early breakfast and helped us book a taxi from Station to airport in Perugia on the way home.

We booked this property as part of our road trip back to Rome. As it was our last night in Italy, I thought the lakefront would be nice. The hotel was clean and well kept. Parking was onsite and included which was a big bonus. Surrounding the hotel was a nice boardwalk and numerous restaurants and gelato stands. Onsite inclusive breakfast was nice with many item options. There are two downsides to this property. The first is the pool. It is not attached to the hotel and you have to walk outside the hotel and across the lot to where it was located. The second was the intense amount of bugs and mosquitos which collected in the evening. We were advised by the staff that they got bad at night and to keep the doors and windows closed however, this didn't help and a few managed to infiltrate the room. Made for an interesting sleep. Overall the hotel is nice enough but the algae that collected in the bay and the bugs don't help support the rate being charged for the room in my opinion.

Hotel nel centro di Passignano sul Trasimeno. L'hotel è a bordo lago e sul versante interno confina con la strada principale, il che rende le camere di quel lato più rumorose per via del traffico. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è dotato di un parcheggio gratuito attiguo alla struttura. Ottima colazione continentale.

La posizione dell"albergo è davvero eccezionale , la cortesia del personale ottima ma l'albergo andrebbe rimodernato e dovrebbero trovare una soluzione per le farfallune notturne e i piccioni che rendono i balconi invivibili. Piscina molto carina, colazione basica. Molto comodo il parcheggio.

Hotel al lago Trasimeno

Le complesso siamo stati molto bene l’uniche pecche il bagno piccolo e con vasca doccia di vecchia struttura, la colazione abbondante e prodotti tutti artigianali, l’ unica pecca che mancasse personale perché i tavoli per la colazione era stati usati ma non venivano puliti tant’è che si è formata una coda di ospiti in attesa per la colazione. Inoltre mancavano le tazze i bicchieri perché erano finiti ma nessuno provvedeva con una certa celerità a sparecchiare e lavare. Le tazze usate. Tranne questo piccolo inconveniente il resto tutto piacevole.

Purtroppo la recensione è condizionata dal soggiorno che complessivamente è stato da dimenticare. L'Hotel non ha colpe anzi il personale ci hanno supportato fin dove era per loro possibile. L'hotel è in cento al paese e appena sotto l'hotel c'è un chiosco di ritrovo di adolescenti. La sera del nostro arrivo l'amministrazione comunale gli aveva dato il permesso di animare la serata con musica da discoteca fino alle 2 di notte. La musica era talmente alta che era come averla in camera. Il giorno dopo credo che la totalità degli ospiti dell'hotel è andata via. Passignano è nel circuito dei borghi più belli d'italia. Non lo sappiamo e non lo sapremo mai. Dopo questa disavventura siamo scappati e non pensiamo di ritornarci mai più perchè un paese che accoglie i turisti in questo modo fosse anche il più bello del mondo, non merita di essere visitato.

Hotel strategico per visita luoghi del Trasimeno

Hotel strategico sia per visitare Passignano sia per prendere il traghetto verso le isole del lago Trasimeno. Camera con alcune macchie nei muri e nelle tende ma per il resto pulita e con una bella vista sul lago. Parcheggio riservato ai clienti molto comodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione e cena nel loro ristorante.
