"What we like the most about this hotel is the size of the room, it’s generous size if comparing with other 3 stars hotels. Location wise is brilliant and in walking distance approx 15-18mins to those canals (if you like to walk). But what I dislike this hotel is the house keeping services that they don’t provide room cleaning daily, house keepers only came to clean the toilets and changed the fresh towels daily. However, I still recommend to stay here if you visit Amsterdam."

"Excellent hotel. Such beautiful decor and ambience. Amazing location in the heart of Amsterdam tourist area. Very spacious rooms with lovely decor and comforts. Staff are so helpful and friendly. They have happy hour to meet other guests and free bicycles for guests to use"

"We were just there for a day and a half. I unfortunately came down with a cold. But everyone was pleasant and cheerful. We sat outside on the patio area and had drinks. We sat in the bar one night and had cocktails. Did not eat there but the restaurant was inviting. Our room was clean and spacious We had a ”biggie“ room. Loved the decor of the hotel the old with the new that complemented each other. Staff was very informative and helpful. Alice especially. Would certainly stay here again. "

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"The building is old, but the inside of the hotel is very modern. The staffs are professional and friendly. Hotel is in a convenient location in which every attraction is within walking distance. The central train is only four minutes walk away."
