Service was just fair, rooms were fair at best, TV service was moronic and hard to use, couldn’t even sign into my streaming services. In room coffee was weird “steeping” process pot. Please just use a regular tv service and coffee pot. Breakfast was terrible, rooms never got cleaned. Then they hit me with 2 additional charges after I checked out. 1 a pet fee, but my dog is a service animal which they state on site as free, they never even asked me nor did they disclose it and wasn’t on original check out amount. The second fee was $178 for using a third-party booking site. That fee isn’t disclosed on their site, isn’t disclosed on Expedia’s site, nor did they disclose it at checkin or checkout. I called and asked about it and they said they only disclose it if you ask about it. They refused to refund me. That is dishonest and deceptive and should be illegal.
