"The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine."

"Well, the reviews were horrible, but I think that’s because there’s two hotels in one building there’s the mainstay suites and there’s the Sleep in hotel, which is probably the hotel that had the terrible reviews. However, the main stay suites they’re like have the mini kitchen in the refrigerator or microwave things like that. The floor was sticky. The shower was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was just stopped up. There were stains on the quilt, but they did replace it upon our request and in the elevator there was sticky liquid all over the floor that was never cleaned up our entire three day stay the continental breakfast at mainstay hotel was amazing. The lobby was amazing. Had a few stains on the rug, but they kept it clean overall the room overall was acceptable. It’s just that you do notice little minor things like the sink and little stains here and there, but other than that, the bed was massively comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud literally aside from that one blanket stain everything in the room was pretty much clean so if you stay at Main, stay suites just come with your Lysol on your bathroom cleaner and just give it a once over which I do that anyway or if you’re not that type of person, just have the hotel staff come in and do a spot clean of whatever you see is wrong. As far as the reviews about roaches and things like that, I haven’t seen any evidence whatsoever of that in the mainstay suites so mainstay suites would be a better bet"
