"The staff were uniformly excellent. The valet group always brought our car within minutes and provided a very helpful shuttle service to local properties. The dining staff went out of their way to serve us and take care of special orders, and the food was very good. The housekeeping staff came instantly, in the middle of the night, to take care of a "chirping" smoke detector in my mother's room. Overall, the service was exceptional."
