Dear Mr CARRUBBA,we are sorry you didn't fully enjoyed your stay. Indeed, the air conditioning is not on yet because the weather is still unstable and variable. As in many hotels, we have an integrated system of heating/cooling, therefore, it is not possible to have the a/c running in only one room. We do have ventilators that are available under request at the front desk. The entire hotel will go under expansion and renovation soon for the comfort of our guests. We hope you will consider staying here again in the future to enjoy our new cozy environment. We have taken all of your observations into consideration and will discuss the stains with the housekeeping team so it doesn' happen again. Have you contacted us while you were still in the hotel ? We would have provided the necessary changes during your stay. I can understand it is not confortable for you to not have the a/c but unfortunately, it is common to still have this kind of cooling system in France. As for the shower, we haven't had any feedback like this before but our techniciens have already been informed and will fix it.Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience.

In addition, you have many metro lines less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel such as lines 4 and 12 at Saint Placide and Rennes stations, these two lines will allow you to reach Montmartre for example or Saint Germain des Prés. You can also go to Gare Montparnasse to take lines 13 and 6 or, if you wish, board a train that will take you to Versailles in about twenty minutes.
