I have a confirmed booking, with a confirmation message from the hotel on the day before check-in. But when I arrived at the hotel at 10pm, the front desk said I don't have a reservation. I contaced Hotels.com, but they responded very slowly. Two hours later, Hotels.com called the hotel and the hotel gave me the room. I ended up getting the room past midnight. Horrible service.
The hotel has no air conditioner, but opening the window will bring the airplane sounds and very noisy.
