My wife and I spent our 50th wedding anniversary in Paris and at your hotel Le Tourville. We really enjoyed our stay because of the location, it’s close to the Metro and many of the “must see” landmarks, but most of all your staff were GREAT! , very helpful and friendly. It will be our “go to” hotel in the future.

Stayed 6 - 9 March 2024 and would highly recommend. It’s 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and the location is perfect to explore Paris. Ecole Militare metro is on your doorstep. We had breakfast included and was as you’d expect. Nadia who served breakfast was lovely and welcoming and always made sure you had everything you needed.

The room was tiny for a 'superior' single room - Expedia oversells this room as being larger than the regular single room, but in fact for some reason the regular single room seems to be bigger than the superior. Breakfast was good, service was friendly and professional. The AC didn't work, it was quite warm in the afternoon.

Dear Tansen, Thank you for writing this review. First of all, the size of the room is pretty clear when making the reservation. Indeed, the single standard room is bigger than the single superior rooms. As state in the description of the single standard room, this room is on the ground floor, just behind the front desk and looking at the street. This room is a really particular one, these is why it is cheaper than the others single room (which are facing the street but from the first to the third floor). Super clean, beautiful rooms and amazing staff. Lobby is nice, amenities and good, espresso, cappuccino and tea bar is always stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful - highly recommend this place!

This is a top notch hotel! I am totally a Marriott person but couldn’t find a property that was in an area where we wanted to be for our first time in Paris. The location on Hotel Le Tourville can not be beat. You are about a 14 minute walk from the Eiffle Tower. All the restaurants around the area that we tried were great! You are also really close to the train to get around. We loved everything about this hotel and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This hotel was beyond expectations. Yes the reviews were good and swayed my decision to book but WOW. The front desk staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming and helped to make my stay. The hotel lobby and lounge were very inviting and I felt like I was in a nice cozy family home. I got a room on the first floor facing the street and was surprised how quiet the room was during the night. Room was clean, bed was great and bathroom was pristine. Location is great, about 20 to 30 min walk to all major areas and great food options close by. Some feedback I would share is that noise from other rooms and the lobby downstairs did trail and made for some disruption. The door slamming was a challenge and would be nice if sound proofing was considered in the future. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent room quality we had our little outdoor space which we love, staff service is excellent- they are very accommodating and helpful. Our room is akways being clean and our towels are heated (we have a heated towel rack in the bathroom) and also the toiletries they had for us are all so nice

Excellent location close to main tourist attractions. Can walk to Eiffel Tower and Napoleon’s tomb. Metro stop proximally one block away. Whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was quite small with very limited closet/storage space.

The perfect hotel for a Treat Yourself Solo Vacay
I loved this small, quiet and clean hotel. When I arrived I was greeted by Chris and Rosanne and they were so cheerful and happy to see me. My room was quiet, clean and I was met with a hand written welcome and a kiwi juice. The air conditioning was such a blessing! Pulse there was a big bottle of water, a Coke and sparkling water for free in my room’s refrigerator. They phoned me to see if I was settled in and it was very quick and easy to get an iron and ironing board brought to me room. I loved my street view of Paris and I was so happy to have a sound dock to enjoy my music and podcasts. There were 2-3 channels I could understand on the TV & since I payed for breakfast in advance, I enjoyed that daily. The breakfast room is a cozy basement room with beautiful lighting and a TV. The buffet, juices and coffee fueled me daily. The staff working there was always nice. It was easy to walk a block and get a taxi and there were tons of restaurants and stores (grocery, liquor and pharmacy) within 1-2 blocks. It’s an easy and safe (even at night) walk to the Eiffel Tower (and all of the cute restaurants en route) and back. I am so happy I chose this hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Tourville. Great staff, very friendly. Comfortable beds. We stayed in the junior suite, perfect set-up with our teenage son. They also coordinated Charles DeGaulle airport pick up for us. Super convenient walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler area, and Ecole Militaire metro stop. Several nice cafes close; we started off 2 mornings with croissants at Bretteau Sebastien bakery. I knocked off 1 star on the property condition because our room blinds didn’t totally block the windows Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Cute place in the heart of the 7th Arr. Very convenient to many sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved that water — sparkling and still — and coffee available 24/7!

Fantastic staff make for a special stay
I spent two nights at this hotel for a work trip and it was perfect. I took the single room that turned out to be on the ground floor next to reception, so but I was never bothered by noise and the room was well appointed and cosy. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, who were super friendly and it felt like a haven of tranquility and calm close to all the best sights of Paris. Will book again.

Small room like most of Paris hotels! I booked here because of the reviews but I was a little disappointed because I sent the hotel message when I booked saying that I will be arriving 7:00am they assured me to have early checkin but when I was there they wanted to charge me €50 for that. I paid, also I wasn’t informed that breakfast was not included until I checked out so they charged me $23 a day for breakfast even though the room was over priced. I won’t stay here again.

Dear Mrs ChabanMorales, Thank you for sharing your review. However, I am a bit surprised to read it. Indeed, you said that you sent us a message for an early check in. We did not receive any. Futhermore, we do not guarantee early check in as it depend on the availability of the room on the day of our guests arrival. By the way, the 50 charges was not exactly for an early check in. When you arrived at the hotel, we offered you the possibility of an upgrade from the single room you booked to an executive room which was available at the time you arrived. You could easily have wait until the room you booked was ready. For your information, a double upgrade normally cost 100 and if someone want to guarantee an early check in, we always advice our guest to book the previous night.Regarding the breakfast, it is pretty clearly written on the website when making the reservation and also on the confirmation of reservation if it is included or not.
