The entire hotel had no hot water for two days any no information was shared with the guests. Room cleaning was appalling, didn’t clean our room on day 1 of our stay. Never refilled the tissues in the toilet, never restocked our face towels. Breakfast area was small considering the number of guest capacity. Overall I would say it was okay. Couple of the reception staff were friendly. Please be aware the check in process is so slow and you could be waiting well beyond the 3pm time because rooms are not ready.

We stayed in July and the AC saved us, extremely new and clean and quiet rooms, good size, pull out sofa bed was very comfortable, breakfast seating area was a bit on the small size when crowded but the food selection was great lots of choice, and it is included in the price, a bonus. The breakfast staff, the two gentlemen were really fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent right by the station and there are some food places and supermarkets nearby open if you come back early enough in the evening. They look after bags after checkout, great. Cons; there is a huge £500 approx deposit hold to pay on arrival which is not advertised anywhere, this was eventually returned. They also double charged us for the room which was eventually solved after some calls and emails, a mistake on their part. The room was not cleaned or bins etc replaced on the first night, so we had to ask for this to be done the second morning. Some of the staff could be a little more friendler at reception to make guests feel more welcome. They could have also mentioned there was a drinking water tap to replace for our water bottles, we discovered this ourselves later in the week after buying water ourselves from supermarkets. They do however provide one water bottle in the room upon arrival. One form had incorrect address, keep an eye on that and correct it. Overall a good stay, I think just some teething issues which could easily be solved by some extra training and development.

Loved our stay at this property. It was clean and fairly new. The gym was very useful. It's not in Paris central but it's close to a train station. Transportation by car is approximately 25 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and environs and about 25 minutes or so to the PSG Stadium.
