Decent stay

We enjoyed our stay. Finding the hotel was easier than people say, it's simply down the steps under the Nest hotel. Apartment was nice, decent size and clean. Shower was good, air con worked well. Location for Metro and RER was excellent as well as La Defence arena which was our purpose of staying here.

Access to the property via uber is nearly impossible. No locals know how do to drive to the property. Transit access is great. The room was ok but most of the wall paper was peeling off and there was adhesive and drywall all over the floor.

Convenient hotel for families

The hotel is outside of Paris and has good connectivity through one of the main metro lines straight into the heart of Paris (about 25min journey). There was no cleaning service provided for the apartment during our stay. A basic breakfast is available for an extra fee.

Great option for extended stays!

This place is a great option if you want a full suite (bedroom, living room, kitchen) and don't mind NOT having daily room service. The hotel was very close to the Metro station so we were able to come and go easily. The hotel was also very close to the Westfield Les 4 Temps, a huge shopping mall! The one big downside is that finding the taxi/rideshare pickup is very difficult because the whole La Defense neighbourhood is under construction and there are multiple layers of streets, so even with your phone map, it's not easy to find the pickup spots.

Functional place to stay

Positive: Aircon works fine. Close to the Metro station. Quiet room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Some rooms with Effil tower view. Negative: No coffee, tea and milk provided. No service at all. No daily cleaning. Broken room safe. Many stains on wall. Freezer has not been cleaned for ages.

We booked 2 double bed one bedroom apartment. But when we arrived, there is only one double bed and a single bed. We checked with reception, the staff said all rooms available were set up as 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The staff gave us bed sheet and blanket. Asked us to set up our second single bed from the sofa bed on our own. And promise someone will come to set up properly in the next day. But it wasn’t come until the 4th day of our stay. Also, we each got over 10 mosquito bite during our stay.

YUCK! Yuck to the location, Yuck to our way over priced room, Yuck to the continually rude staff. Don’t recommend! AT ALL! We were eaten boy mosquito, air conditioning didn’t work, wallpaper ripping off the walls, rock hard floors, dated furniture, a hostel would have provided better I feel.

It is Ok...

The apartments are old, needing urgently a renew. The room that I was had a link from the bathroom, but the management changed me right away. The staff, including the restaurant crew, are very helpful. Other negative point is related to location. Although it is located at the La Defense area, the location of hotel is confusing to reach by car, so Uber /Bolt /Transfers etc had problem to reach at the hotel in our case. The breakfast area is very small, so be prepared to wait for a table. And, as stated for a Aparthotel, you have to pay for extra housekeeping if done less than a week or for clean towels. Not sure if I would return again. From all points mentioned above, housekeeping is which is more important for me and having to pay for it, even for clean towels is very strange for me.

Unless you are traveling for business in the Defense area, avoid this property if you can. To begin with, finding access to the property was a nightmare. We were in an Uber and their maps don’t show the location correctly. Google maps was correct, but with all the complicated roads in the area it took the driver 4 attempts and about 20 extra kilometers before we got there. Even then, we were on “-2” level with a locked door - reception being on level 0. The place works fine if you are only using the RATP Metro. The carpet and furniture in our room was stained and in bad shape, but otherwise, the room was functional and spacious. The breakfast room in this property is tiny, and got crowded easily. Another issue with the location is that all the restaurants and businesses near this property are closed over the weekend. We got there on a Friday afternoon and had a hard time dime finding a place that was open.

First, the hotel receptionists were not professional and rude at any inquiry we had. They did not help us resolve our problems regarding our stay and accommodation, they had an unpleasant attitude and had no interest in providing a good service. Also, the entire hotel had no internet connection for around 48 hours before we left, and when we requested help on this issue no one offered an answer other than they tried to call for the internet provider. Without internet, we couldn’t operate as we wished, no uber or apps for transportation services and when we asked for help no one cared to give it to us. Lastly, the hotel id completely poor in higiene, no cleaning service in over 4 days of our stay, even when we arrived the bathrooms had stains, the elevators were nasty and even the walls in the rooms. We had to run for about 10 minutes to get internet the day we were leaving beacuse the hotel had no service and the receptionist refused to help us get a cab service. Thus, we exposed our security, integrity and overall trip since we spent almost an hour trying to get help for our transportation for the airport
