"Superb hotel. Excellent stay. Great location for the Conference center.
Check in was Natalia who was super helpful and welcoming. We were able to avail of early check in and this was amazing with our early flight arrival and our baby. It was amazing to get settled earlier.
The hotel breakfast is all you could ask for, gym is ideal also and the restaurant is great for Tapas. Would definitely stay again. "

"It’s a fantastic hotel in a great spot. Its location allows you to get anywhere fairly quickly be it by metro bus or tram. The hotel is wonderful with spacious rooms and we had a great view of La Sagrada Família. The staff is great in particular Francisco at the bar. "Excellent hotel. Front desk staff were very nice and also helpful with our early check-ins on both of our stays which were seperated with a cruise between. Our room was very up to date with a beautiful view of The Sagrada Familia and downtown Barcelona.
Please don't dismiss the warnings about pickpockets in Barcelona. It happened to us at the Mercato on Las Ramblas. And there were two other groups of tourists filing police reports at the same time we were at the police station.

I must add that Juan, the supervisor, was extremely kind and helpful. We asked for suggestions on day trips and restaurants, and he helped us plan out our trip.
