Our family stay-cation was OK at Jacana. Nice and clean location , give you the outdoor vibes while you're in town The pool with waterval is amazing .

Bon rapport qualité prix
Hôtel agréable avec une très jolie piscine mais très excentré, prévoir une voiture. Personnel très gentil mais brouillon. Pas de communication entre eux, ils sont rapidement perdu.

Choisissez un autre hôtel !
Que de déception dans cet hôtel : - Piscine de l'hôtel bondée de monde venant de l'extérieur la journée, le Jacana fait piscine municipale pour la ville et l'eau est très trouble montrant un manque de propreté. Matelas des transats de piscine terriblement sales, c'est dégueulasse ! Les parasols idem ! Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine et c'était très bruyant a cause de la population locale qui s'installait dès le matin sur les transat et les tables de terrasse, beaucoup de musique très forte et des cris, des odeurs de cigarette et d'alcool à même notre balcon. Nous avons été très très gênés par ce fort brouhaha constant. Et lorsque que nous avons téléphoné à la réception un soir vers minuit quand nous n'en pouvions plus du bruit, la réaction de la réceptionniste nous a laissé sans voix : elle a soufflé fort dans le téléphone et ne disait plus rien. Nous la dérangions en fait. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel. Hôtel à fuir de toute urgence ! - Une attente absolument interminable au restaurants, a aucun moment de la semaine nous avons mangé nos 4 plats ensemble au même moment. Une attente de plus d'une heure à chaque fois pour une salade verte ou des pâtes ! Honteux. Même un soir, ma famille avait terminé de manger et je n'était toujours pas servie, nous n'en pouvions plus d'attendre. Souvent il y a eu des oublis de nous donner des couverts, au petit-déjeuner comme au déjeuner et dîner. Et j'ai encore plein de choses à dire mais il n'y a plus de place !!!

I picked this property because it was advertised as a wellness resort.The property is beautiful but that’s it. I arrived at the check in desk around 4:30pm and there was only one person there to service about 12 people. So it took me about 45 mins to be serviced.The pool was very very loud and over crowded. I later learned people not staying at the hotel came to use the pool. I was given a room by the said pool and it was not peaceful at all. The room smelled bad. I was greeted by several mosquitos and I attempted to use to microwave but it sounded like it would explode. All in all don’t stay here is you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The property is amazing - so beautiful. I’ve stayed there multiple times. Only issue - they are not following the mask mandates. If someone is concerned about Covid, be careful.

Erg mooi resort met zwembad en waterval. Dit keer een erg groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas op de 1e etage, zonder lift, was met koffers en trolley's geen pretje met sjouwen. Inclusief goed verzorgd ontbijt met aardige bediening.

Fijne tijd gehad en alles was prima in orde. Alleen om een afspraak te maken voor een van de welness producten is omslachtig. Het gaat via de receptie en die kan niet in de agenda kijken.

Beautiful poolside and accommodating staff. Card machine was not working so all payment had to be in cash which was unexpected! Would have been good if they had informed guests prior to arrival. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Almost all staff did not have masks on which was a bit contradictory to the large sign at the entrance which mandated their use. Overall pleasant stay apart from the minor inconveniences above.

Very comfortable stay. Pool and patio are great outdoor spaces. Lunch/dinner menu is very limited, quality was moderate to good, but very over-priced for what you get compared to better restaurants nearby.
