"Perfectly located. Attractive property and very good staff. No meals except (very good) breakfast but cold platters available, lunch or dinner, by arrangement. Aircon system not really up to the job of 38' but when ours failed, our room was changed immediately. Very nice, quite large salt water swimming pool. A handrail to get into the pool would be a great addition; people with difficult knees (me) or hips may not be able to get in or out without help."

"We loved our stay! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed a real king sized bed, the renovation thoughtful both in use of space and with beautiful old details left to shine. A plant filled courtyard and intimate breakfast room and lounge. Real glasses for enjoying the cold rosé. A beautiful stay. Add to that a bustling residential neighborhood just outside the tourist center, in the oldest building in Avignon and extremely welcoming hosts! Highly recommended"

"To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much. Our room's A/C fan was on maximum and it simply wasn't able to keep up. By Day2 of our stay, water began dripping from the ceiling steadily - we had to physically move our bed away from it. "Apartment was a little dated and tired, but generously sized, clean and well equipped. Staff very helpful and courteous. Parking space was limited and not always possible to park close to the door. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was convenient and quiet and much appreciated as weather was exceptionally hot. Hotel was ideally placed to use as a base when touring the area."
