"I came to room and noticed bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Specifically, the toilet seat which appeared to have poop stains. I was leaving for an excursion and kindly asked front desk to clean the bathroom once again. Upon returning that evening, I noticed the stain was still there. Luckily, I carry Clorox wipes, therefore, I cleaned it myself. The hotel is really rubbed down. The staff was very nice but the cleaning of rooms is poor. "

"I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. When sitting in the lounge we saw the cleaning staff chatting to each other in the hall and on their phones. While you are 3 hours behind on getting rooms cleaned for check in. "

"We did enjoy our stay however the hold for incidentals I find is a bit high for a 1 night stay 500 but I disputed and the attendant reduced to 300 which is still high and we travel quite a bit so I am familiar. Also the cost of a MULE drink $20.00. We did not attempt to dine because the restaurant was extremly costly too. They dont allow outside food unless you eat in your room. Never ever heard of this. The pool was great we enjoyed. We were in the area for an event which is why we chose to stay here. "

"The room was clean, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the bar onsite along with food was good and convenient. The staff was friendly and kind, and accommodated our needs. When you check in be sure to ask for a drink voucher, as you will not get it after you check in. "

"An amazing stay especially for the price , and they zip-lining and horseback riding on property was affordable and SOOO FUN ! 10/10"
