I would love to thank Paradera Park for making my fiance and I experience in Aruba memorable...From the lovely property and room..hot wayer...AC...ceiling fan..Smart Tv ..to the Beet bucket on arrival..We were also given beach chairs, a cooler and beach blankets..gated property so we felt safe...100 from us...Thank you guys at Paradera we know our go to spot now for Aruba

These are apartments that are owned by the owners. They live on the property. Debbie was friendly. I wanted to cancel my reservation but was not able to. This "complex" is very well kept, clean, when I entered my room very fresh scents. Its really far away from everything so you would need transportation. The owner's can see your every move when you come and go so no privacy. But if you are looking for a place to relax and read a book. I think this is it. There were no amenities just a pool in the center and a tropical them. They do give you beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach. However, I would not book this hotel again.

It's a calm, quiet property with a good size pool and nicely landscaped. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Though they are on the premise, but the guests have all their privacy. if the guests need anything, the owners are readily available.

First time staying at Paradera Park and we will definitely return. The place is a hidden gem! I loved the tropical settings, pool was sparkling. All other amenities were wonderful. Thank you Hank and Debbie we were sad to leave.

We had a very pleasant stay (1 child, elementary school). The owners Debby & Hank go above and beyond to ensure comfort of their guests. Tranquil, private, quiet place, away from the big touristy hotels. You will need to rent a car to move around the island, especially w/ child (and the hotel helped us with that).

Due to weather I arrived a day later than expected but Henk made me feel right at home. He gave me a tour, showed me my room(with complimentary espresso), and gave me a map to show me where the beaches were. Rent a car and drive to a different beach each day. Henk and Debby will give you a beach chair and towels and you can rent snorkeling equipment for the day. Paradera is centrally located so it takes less than a 10 minute drive to be at any of the beaches. There is a market less than a quarter mile from the hotel with anything you need. I enjoyed late at night when the colored lights would come on around the property, so beautiful just sitting there with a drink. I never saw more than 4 people around the pool during my stay, so it's very private. Debby is also very kind, she showed me where to park during the Oranjestad Grand Parade so that I could leave without my car being stuck. I couldn't have picked a better place.

Awesome place and host

Debbie and her husband was awesome host. The place inside and out was extremely clean and very accomadating. Not too far from everything , but nice and quiet area away from all the tourists area. Debbie provided things we need to go to beach everyday, towels, chairs, floater, cooler. Will definitely stay here again

Wunderschöne Oase

Ein Geheimtipp in Aruba! Super schöne Appartmentanlage mit Pool und gemütlichen Sitzplätzen zum Verweilen. Wir hatten das Appart mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Ideal für unsere Familie mit zwei Kids. In der Küche hat es alles, was es braucht. Die Besitzer haben uns Badetücher, Stühle und Kühlbox für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kürzester Zeit alle Beaches, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne bei der Routenplanung. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen empfehlen, die nicht in den High Rise Hotels im Trubel übernachten wollen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Es ist wirklich so schön!

It was located in a quiet area Hank and Debra were very kind. Constant ants on kitchen, bathroom and dresser top. Microwave was on top of refrigerator; very inconvenient, especially since my wife couldn’t reach it. No television in bedroom. Internet didn’t work, even after seeking assistance from owners.

Mooi appartement

Mooi ruim appartement, alles aanwezig: oven, magnetron, koelkast met vriezer en een strijkplank met strijkijzer. Het complex is klein, rustig vol met exotische bomen en planten. (super mooi) Je komt er echt tot rust. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gaven tips wat bv leuk is om te zien of waar je goed kunt eten. Je krijgt ook een koelbox met strandstoeltjes, hier hebben wij de hele vakantie gebruik van gemaakt, super! Als ik weer naar Aruba zou gaan dan ga ik zeker hierheen! Top accommodatie en service! Vlakbij het appartement bevindt zich ook een supermarktje op ongeveer 2 a 3 min loopafstand. Als je iets verder doorloopt dat kom je een park tegen waar je kunt sporten.

Very disappointing. Office never answered the phone. The appliances didn’t work. No plates or silverware. Add was misleading about distance beach or really anything. It’s basically in the middle of neighborhood section. A taxi ride from here to anywhere will be about $25.00, which adds up quickly.

We arrived at Paradera Park after relocating from a few nights at a very exclusive (expensive!) venue where my fiancee had proposed a few days earlier. We wondered if we'd feel a bit of a comedown to leave a private beachside bungalow resort for more humble accommodation, but NO, we absolutely loved Paradera Park! From the moment we arrived we were greeted like friends by our lovely hosts. The photos just cannot do the garden & poolside area justice- a truly heavenly tranquil oasis, where palm trees sway, tropical flowers abound & little green hummingbirds flutter amongst their colourful petals. The pool is large enough for a swim & amazing to cool off in. The rooms are lovely, clean & spacious with lots of storage space so you can fully unpack and not have a cluttered room. The kitchen allowed us to fully self-cater, breakfasts outdoors overlooking the garden, dinners by the poolside BBQ by candlelight. The hosts also provide a large glass bottle for water and a large cooler box that we took picnics to the beach in every day which saves you loads. Beach chairs & big fluffy beach towels were also provided & you can rent snorkels for $10 a day. The best bit of a really fantastic stay was our hosts bringing us a bottle of fizz as we relaxed by the pool one day- our friends had called to arrange a bottle of champagne and the hosts went out and bought it for us and wrote the note. So special. We really cant recommend Pandera enough. Thank you for the wonderfl memories x

Klein paradijsje op Aruba

Wij hebben samen met onze dochters een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Aruba bij Paradera Park. Zodra je het terrein opkomt kom je in een paradijselijke sfeer. Prachtig aangelegde tropische tuin, prima zwembad en diverse beschutte plekjes om te zitten. Ons appartement was ronduit ruim. Beneden een zit gedeelte en keuken. Boven een ruime slaapkamer met twee kingsize bedden en een badkamer. De keuken was voldoende ingericht om van alles klaar te maken. Daarna op eigen terras alle ruimte om te genieten.

Als eine kleine Oase im zentralen Ortsteil Paradera gelegen, ist der öffentliche Teil dieses kleine Apartmentkomplexes in sehr gutem Zustand. Es stehen auf Wunsch sonnige oder schattige Liegen bereit und auch Sitzgelegenheiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Das Manager-Duo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Apartment selbst hat uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen. Unsere Klimaanlage und unser Kühlschrank waren so laut, dass wir uns an letzteren erst gewöhnen mussten und erstere in der Nacht abgeschaltet haben.

Ah, the calm!

So my husband and I journeyed to Aruba for the first time to attend a wedding. We didn’t seek out the typical crowded, crazy and expensive accommodations but we had a tremendous time. The island was amazing (for me, it’s always about the people and the relationships)! And Paradera Park is sublime if you’re ok being off the beaten tourist path and want a little oasis tucked away from city center and the Low and High Rise row that hugs the island’s phenomenal coast. Henk and Debby are very warm and hospitable Paradera Park owner/hosts. Their 17 unit studios/apartments are perfect if you crave a quiet, peaceful and totally relaxing environment. The only con is being dependent on transportation-either private or public-to visit the majority of what the island offers its guests. If you’re idea of vacay is to meet and greet the locals and chill, this is your place! Sit back and enjoy the place touted as One Happy Island!!!
