Stay was amazing, Carlos did everything possible to make our stay as special as possible. He gave us his binoculars to use on our boat tour and organised the tour of the national park for us. He definitely went above and beyond what we expected.
The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, perfect start to the day. No ask was too much trouble and the staff were super friendly alongside Carlos.
We left our bags in the hotel after we’d checked out so we could go in our boat tour and come back after...
