Excellent Quality

Could not fault anything. Hotel very clean and has everything you want or need. I have been travelling for many years but have ever experienced such friendly caring competent helpful staff, from bell boy to manager every one was first class. They really made my stay a pleasure.

Nice, modern hotel near airport

Great 4 star hotel, modern and well looked after building. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Mr Setiadi and his team catered for our request and was very welcoming. Room clean and had modern decor. Breakfast had great selection of Food and very tasty. Definitely would come back to stay at Novotel next time we are in Bangka.

Great location, close to the airport and town

We stayed here to be close to the airport and town. This helps us expedite our business activities to get the most out of our day. As can be expected from Novotel, the hotel rooms are well appointed with a good size gym and restaurant.

good business hotel

business stay. the executive room is essentially a standard room with paid-up mini bar (4 cans of drinks and a pack of peanuts) and additional premium serving at breakfast buffet. the Executive room is not worth the extra money paid, IMHO. the hotel itself is one of the best, if not the best, at bangka internet was good breakfast buffet spread is goood. nice gym facifilties and swimming pool. there is a nice executive karaoke downstairs, although the companions not so nice. bottom line, it is the best business hotel in bangka island with the price to match the offerings.

An amazing steal for what you get

This is an extremely luxurious hotel with state of the art latest amenities. We were a group of four and loved it. We ate a lavish breakfast buffet/brunch in the morning, consisting of Western food as well as Indonesian dishes. Plenty of choice. We stayed 2 nights. I had lost my charger to my I-pad , but the front desk looked for someone who also had an I-pad and recharged it for me with a smile!
