"I paid for my stay though cheap tickets. It was prepaid and they over charged me and charged me for stay again. I have 3 charges from Saasil retreat now even though staff promised they won’t make this mistake because they stated they know pre-paid doesn’t show in their system. Thank God I only stayed there for 3 days. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Posada de Don Rodrigo in Panajachel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly located right by Lake Atitlán, with stunning views that never get old. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff truly stood out—everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
