The hotel is very run down. VERY bad shape. Bad smell is in the room. Very noisy , dirty floor. So much that the manager gave us an upgrade to a suite which was worse without internet, no phone to call for room service, no tv and a smell of dirty toilet. It is not cheap , hence by surprise

Hotel JS Palma Stay - Adults Only
A really nice hotel very clean and faultless in all areas. Spa is a must do if you can. Traveled as a couple in late April so wasn’t very busy plenty of space around the pool and a nice chilled vibe with the music. Our room overlooked the pool on the 1st floor and we had a lovely day bed to lounge ...

Genuinely such amazing service. Shout out to Pepe in the restaurant and all the other staff from waiting to housekeeping to reception to spa. Just excellent service and not too far from Palma and the airport.
