Great place to stay in the old town.

This is a lovely find in the old town, tucked away just off La Rambla, so extremely well placed for the sights, shopping and transport links. The attention to detail is second to none, and you can tell that the family really care about the service they provide. Good continental breakfast with great fresh bread. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great and overall the property is quite charming. Daily breakfast was excellent. Main things to know about this property: there is a lot of street noise (people partying, etc) and there's no elevator. While I wouldn't expect an older property to have an elevator, something to note is that the stairs are quite steep so you'll need to be mindful carrying your luggage up and down. All things aside, I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was fine. I was in Room #1 on the ground level. The internet was very spotty and I couldn't get any work done. I don't know if that's an issue in the other rooms. The room itself was clean, comfortable and convenient to lots of restaurants and shops.

The apartment we have rented was large, well equiped and charming . The beds were especially comfortable. The location is very central in Palma, which is briliant to reach the main attractions by walking. As the hotel rents both rooms and apartments we weren't able to have our breakfast with the hotel, as it sounds reserved for the rooms of the hotel, and not the guests of the apartments. That was unclear in the description of the rental . The apartment is within an old building, and if the other occupants make noise when going in/out you might be awaken by the noise. That aside i really recommend this place to stay in Palma.

So perfectly suited to a city break where your arrival and departure time is unknown. Great instructions to collect keys and lockers to store suitcases for late departures. Just remember you need a euro to close the locker that you get back afterwards. Perfectly situated and beautiful property

This is a small property in the best location. It is essentially a BnB in an old building. Rooms are simply furnished and our room was quite small ( room 2 on the first floor) and there is very little room to gang/ store clothes. Good quality bed linen, basic but fresh breakfast items and quietly understated service. We were very grateful for the kindness shown to us on our day of departure when after a long day sightseeing we were given coffee and somewhere to relax while waiting for the taxi that had been ordered to take us to the airport If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep in a very convenient part of town it is perfect.
