I liked the location It was dated and the condo I stayed in had a smell that persisted, I think it was from the garbage disposal. We bought room freshener to help with it. All in all it was fine.

November 2023 visit
Our visit was great. I liked that we could bring our dog. However, we could not leave the dog unattended, which ha oered sone of our plans. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean.

Great place
Customer service was excellent! I really appreciated how big the room was and that they had full size kitchen and a sitting area in the one bedroom condo. Unfortunately, the beds were really hard and so were the couches. It started to hurt sleeping , but very hard bed and couch after a while. Only recommendation is they need an upgrade on the furniture. Other than that it was a great stay.

The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were clean and upgraded. The bed was comfortable. However I give our stay a 2-star rating because we were awakened during night to sound of vacuuming and feet walking overhead! My husband called the front desk and clerk apologized; said there was an accident. The vacuuming did stop right away, but not the foot traffic. I am upset that we had to bear the cost. There was no proactive reimbursement for our inconvenience.

Reception staff for check in and out was very professional and yet personable. The only downside was you could only get a queen size bed in the studio room. Preferred King.

After previous great stay where front desk advised they put dog friendly guests on 1st fl near grassy area, I booked again. I rec'd calls ahead of time to confirm my stay. This time, without accommodation for location preferences by woman at front desk, we were put on 3rd floor with dangerously open balcony area for pets. Was told 2d night they'd try to put us on 1st fl near grassy area, but no attempt was conveyed to me. Also, some new $250 deposit was charged on cc this time, not just held until checkout, but had to be reversed. Not a good experience this time, unfortunately.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was a 1 bedroom suite and it had 2 small private patios. I had my dog, so it was great. She is potty trained and knows to go outside, so it was an easy transition for her when traveling. The kitchen had all needed appliances and dishes. Two pools, two jacuzzis, a gym, sauna, tennis court and 4 grills. Just great!

Picture on Expedia showed a view of a golf course and said it had a kitchen; instead we had a cement wall TINY balcony view of a parking lot and apartments and a pathetic not to code remodeled attempt at a kitchenette. First impression was a pool by the back parking lot with a chin link fence… upon entering the hallway you are hit with a strong pineapple deodorizer to cover up animal urine smell. The layout of the room was extremely bizarre because they made a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette by knocking out a wall between 2 previously single hotel rooms. What is the purpose of dishes and a sink without a dishwasher or disposal; or a stovetop without a vent; or a “said” kitchen without an oven? The “kitchen” cabinets were old and probably were bathroom cabinets; the microwave was set in a cabinet with the doors ripped off. No counter space but because it used to be 2 rooms there was tons of wasted space everywhere. Carpet was questionably clean based on the upkeep of the rest. Furniture was ok, bed was nice. Will not stay again.
