Great value, friendly service, perfect location
We were very happy with our 4 day stay at this hotel. It was within walking distance of parks, restaurants, and the city center. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. She made a special effort to find us biking parking in a garage near by. She also was happy to move us to a different room when we complained about the street noise our first night. We also appreciated the cafe off the lobby where we could get breakfast easily. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palencia. It is great value for the price.

El hostal (NO es un hotel) es muy céntrico, así que ruidos de todo tipo todo el día, incluso de madrugada. Las paredes son de papel y oyes todo lo que habla todo el mundo, te tocan unos viejos garrulos al lado como a mí y no pegas ojo; cuando alguien tira de la cadena se escucha por toda la habitación. El plato de ducha es muy pequeño y demasiado alto, yo que soy alta, no pude ducharme pues no cabía.

Heel aardige ontvangst. Kamer lijkt in de verste verte niet op die van het plaatje op de site. We hadden een kamer aan de straat, goed geluiddicht met dubbele ramen en rolluik. Maat toen bleken de buren ook ver na 23.00 uur te gaan bellen, en dat ging lang door. Badkamer wel heel erg klein , en mag wel eens door een klussenman worden nagelopen.

bonjour, l'hôtel est idéalement placé. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très à l'écoute et disponibles. Malheureusement les murs sont très fins et nous avions l'impression d'être avec les voisins. Nuits bruyantes et peu reposantes. Nous sommes partis un jour avant la fin du séjour car trop bruyant. Cordialement

Un hostal correcto para el precio. Las habitaciones son están un poco viejas pero para pasar dos noches está bien a este precio. Estaba limpio y no tuvimos ruidos ni molestias.

Le personnel est cordial et de bon conseil , l'hotel est bien situé pour visiter et pour se restaurer. Difficile de trouver l'hotel avec le GPS car le nom de la rue a changé , la propreté laisse a désirer , la chambre petite et peu de place entre le lit et la penderie ,, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais la baignoire a été réparée a plusieurs reprises , pas terrible ..Par contre l'hotel est assez bien insonorisé malgré la rue .

El hostal tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro delaciudad. La habitación algo pequeña y el baño obsoleto, con mampara de fuelle y bañera pequeña y de asiento. Otra pega es que no tengan servicio de desayuno dependiente del hotel, ya que en la cafetería me soplaron 3€!!!! por un café tamaño chupito, un zumo mediano y una simple galleta sin gluten. ¡Tuve quw repetir el desayuno en otro sitio!
