"I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I had to buy a moka pot for my stay, but fortunately there are many places to buy within a block or two. I also do not enjoy cleaning someone else's coffee, so it was positive.
