Overpriced and run down.

Hotel was really run down with loose cables everywhere. No hot water in the shower. Great breakfast and friendly staff though.

Arrived at the resort at night and checked out the next morning, hence we did not explore on its facilities. We were welcomed by friendly and approachable receptionists at the lobby upon arrival. The room was spacious though it was rather old. The floor could be slippery if you wear the disposable slippers provided. There's only one TV channel available. Please bring along an adaptor if you are not a local. Love the quietness as we woke up hearing birds' singing. The taste of the buffet breakfast was satisfactory.

Decent Villa Stay

Location abit off the main road and quite inside. Villa entrance look grand and nice but not as well as I hope. Cater mostly to local residents. Breakfast was simple but they have an egg station and drink counter selection of your request such as Ice Ovalitine, coconut which was quite refreshing. Car park can be park directly at your block or around the grass patch which are great. Not much view even if I stay the highest 4th floor as I am facing a construction site. Room was big and air con powerful. But bath toilet have many small insects. Internet was okay but have to keep reconnect whenever back to room which was the hassle part. Generally a 6.5 out if 10 for me.

浴室はシャワーの固定金具が壊れていた。 また、浴室の窓サッシは何ヵ月も掃除していないと思われる汚れ方。 トイレは臭い。 朝食は品数はあるものの、あまり美味しいとは思えず。面白いのはたい焼きがあったこと、及び椰子の実ジュースがあったこと。 リゾート地域なので1泊15000円で宿泊したが、バンコクなら7000円程度の価値か。

Scenic with caveats

Patravana is located near to PB Wine Valley and Bloom. It's scenic and cooling in that area. Important note: Do not drink the tap water or even boil it for sterilising your stuff! After boiling the water, there is a milky residue that forms. The bottled water that os provided is also not distilled or moneral water. Buy your own water!

Great grounds but poor room condition

The condition of the rooms is that if a 2 star hotel. Part of flooring missing to expose concrete floor and in need of paint. Missing shelf as well. The outside grounds are well kept though. But it seems like lipstick on a pig. Seems a theme that Thailand hotels get too high a star rating. I think this hotel was much overpriced in Thailand for this quality of accommodations.

Family holiday

Nice hotel, it is a bit away from everything, will definitely recommend that you have your own transport. We enjoyed the hotel and location. We Had a car to get around. Nice and friendly staff.

Very big resort with great surrounding

The resort is big with very good nature view. Hotel room is big, a living room with a basic kitchen together with microwave oven. The 1st night stay was unpleasant as the water heater is not working. Though the technician came over and rectified it, it's still not working well the next morning. Requested for a room change for my 2nd night stay and was allocated a new room swiftly. Wifi connection is unstable and weak. Breakfast serving is limited and basic.

Like other resort in Khao Yai, you definitely need to drvie for a visit. The place is simple, clean and make you relax. Breakfast is various and they even provide fresh green coconut as fruit drink which impress me the most.
