The room had a terrible musty smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast had very little to offer and when I reported the smell to the staff they were not concerned

Due to how late we arrived and the front desks demeanor we did not return to ask for a new room. When we arrived our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the bed sheets, the room had a couch covered with some type of hair and stains. The room smelled musty and our allergies were severely triggered. Thank goodness I always have emergency travel cleaning supplies. O was able to Lysol and clean the room enough for us to sleep the night and allergy meds with inhalers for my family. We will never stay here again. The only positive was the actual placement of the hotel. We had multiple choices of shopping and restaurants.

Paducah Pet Stop

Great place for dogs, very comfortable bed. Everything you need including restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room was large and quiet. No elevator and mediocre breakfast gave it a lower rating for us.

The room was best for us. We had 2 beds. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. The ouutside noise was loud, it was like white noise all night.The breakfast was less than expected for this hotel. Also, remove pool from the description since it has not functioned since 2019.

Beware high deposit when checking in!

BEWARE! if your looking for a cheaper room keep in mine they charge a $250 deposit. Which was more than my 3 night stay. Room wasn't horrible. Just dated and had stale smell. Probably better idea to stay at a different hotel when in Paducah.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Down side was the bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off completely.

Very disapointing for the price. Hotel looked and felt cheap. Friendly staff and good bed for sleep. Cleanliness is iffy at best. We will not be staying at any Quality Inn again. Pay a little more and get a better hotel.

The hotel did not receive my reservations and had to call Hotels.com and be on phone for 30 min to get my room confirmed. And they were going thru upgrade putting new furniture in rrooms
