"Every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was quite large and very clean, with comfortable beds and a great selection of pillows, but a room that size could have used two chairs and a larger shelf between the beds. The wall art was small and nondescript, but the blackout shade was the best I've ever seen in a hotel room. The bathroom was well designed, but it was designated as accessible yet there was no safety bar next to the toilet and I had to request a safety seat for the shower. The complementary breakfast was outstanding: everything from scrambled eggs, to dry cereal, to hot cereal, to pastries. to fresh fruit to juices, milk, tea and coffee. The breakfast staff kept all the dishes filled, cold food cold and hot food hot."
