"The heat in the room stopped working in the night. The front desk were eventually able to send someone up. It worked for a short time before shutting down again. I was freezing and got very little sleep. I wasn't able to be productive at the business trade show that I was in town for. I checked out early and headed home. A pretty wasted trip. The staff were nice."

"The stay was really good the hotel was nice and staff were great- restaurants I would say tho the waitress need to get it together- waiting to long and she forgot most of my order - other then that the rooms were clean- parking was an issue as well- and they shouldn’t make guess pay for parking if they are stayin- I stayed at a few and they never made the guess pay- "

"I stay here a lot because of proximity to Penn Station and generally good prices. On this stay the prices jumped up 3x mid stay. The property itself, while having a classic grand and very buzzy/crowded lobby, has a rundown feel in the room area. The hall carpets are worn and taped, the rooms cramped and old-feeling. No room fridge or coffee maker, tiny closet and substandard plumbing that's noisy at night and with very erratic water temperature. In a neighborhood that's both mobbed with tourists and full of aggressive homeless."

"We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp."

"Everything is great and location is super convenient. Our room is next to the street and had difficult time to sleep for the first night. Next time need to ask for the room not facing the street. "

"The hallway carpets are dirty. So are the room carpets. There was a janky window a/c installed with some flimsy plastic sheeting around it; even in the 16th floor it was like sleeping with the window wide open and incredibly loud. No kettle or coffee maker. The bathroom was minute. The window blinds had been hung by a novice and were scratched and missing pulls. The room doors are thin - you can hear people’s conversations as you walk through the halls. I checked out the next morning and stayed elsewhere."

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado la habitación limpia, el problema es q tienen muy poco personal y el q esta no ayuda en nada. Llegamos con 10 maletas por q estábamos de mudanza. No salio nadie ayudarnos a mi hija y a mi. Nos veían y no hacían nada. Pedí una habitación q decía vista soho pague por eso y la habitación estaba ventana con ventana a un edificio. Lo peor fue la asistencia del personal."
