You may notice that the hotel is priced much lower than nearby options. It's a little dated, but it's clean, the beds are comfy, and the staff is friendly. Plus there are cats.

The hotel seemed deserted with only one other couple there. The rest of the inhabitants seemed to be the Indian families that ran the hotel. They were very nice people. I felt safe there as a single senior lady. My stay was very comfortable. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The restaurant served only Indian food which I like, but my palak paneer was too spicy. I then drove 5 miles into Ozona from there to get a DQ milkshake to cool down my mouth! The AC worked well and the shower was great. The pool was closed due to being remodeled. It will be very pretty when done.

Well I found a couple dead cockroaches in the closet. None in the room I could see. The shower worked but somehow the tub leaked all over the floor. The shower curtain was closed so it’s a mystery. Out of the way not a great place. The staff were wonderful!

Bypass Ozona proper

This is An older hotel a few miles outside of Ozona. Less expensive but if all you need is a place to sleep overnight this is a great place. No frills quiet place.

Perfect for an overnight stay. They had hot breakfast items!! The towels were old but seemed clean but sheets were quite stained or really thinned out. It works if you’re only there for a short amount of time!

This property was grand in it's day, some 40-50 years ago, today it's a bit run-down and in need of maintenance. With that said, it's clean and serves it's purpose and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff, very efficient, and they sure saved us in a pinch while we were trying to get away from the eclipse path crowds! New carpets and artwork in the rooms, the refrigerator and microwave both worked well. Renovations underway for the courtyard, but at least the lack of people trekking through there made it a VERY quiet place to get a great night's sleep. The building is older, but kept up well by a family who is continually improving the hotel. Enjoyed a nice breakfast before setting out on the road again.

This was not a nice place. First room was dirty, 2nd room was a little better but still not great. Spider came out of the bed sheets. Took forever for heater to warm the room. Breakfast area was dirty and not much to get anyway. It was cheap but we now know why.

Sheets had dirt stains. Everything is old and rusty. Very small breakfast. Noisy air blowing from the AC all night—sounded like a bathroom fan that could not be turned off. Hard to fall asleep. Pool and hot tub not working/open. Beds were comfortable at least. Hotel was worth $30 maybe, not $70.

Can't aff photos!

It's was last minute and I was satisfied with price overall. Room was comfortable for my stay. It included breakfast but not even juice or water to drink, lol. Coffee was delicious. I would suggest sugar free creamer for those of us that don't or can't have sugar. Ian was such a friendly person. His wife nor much, but not all of us love customer service! My personal opinion, I think it's rude when you keep talking in your foreign language ignoring or keeping me from my check in and not even acknowledging I was being serviced first! They do accept dogs. Don't know of deposit etc, since I left my dog with my daughter. Overall it was nice. Restaurant is Indian food, but don't know is others options available. There is a convenience store super close.
