We have been going to Blue for many years. The prices have increased significantly! You have to pay to park now, to hike (ridculous), and for many other amenities
I had terrible experience with Blue Mountain resort. All staff at front desk are new knowing nothing . Check in was delayed one and half hours because our room took forever to be ready. The room was old and dirty. The kitchen has very limited cooking utensils. The stove was dirty , not working well . TV was down; internet was as slow as snail. We have to use our own data! I paid lots of money for no service 👎
We spent extra booking this property while others were cheaper because on the map its shown it was in the village. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS PROPERTY. It was a walk away which was a bit disappointing when we could have paid less to be closer.
besides the location it was clean, we were provided one parking in front of the rivergrass property and the other was in a parking lot that is in walking distance. Comfy beds and pillows and a warm fireplace to stand by after the day on the slopes. Front desk staff super friendly as well!
I will come back again to Blue Mountain with the family… this place is beautiful with a lot of activities to do and amazing restaurants to visit. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. My 6 year old grandson took snowboarding lessons and the instructor was amazing.
Rivergrass was the perfect place for a vacation. We stayed for two nights, and the property was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property management did an excellent job keeping the driveway and stairs clear of snow. I will definitely choose Rivergrass every time I visit Blue Mountain. Thank you for making my vacation so perfect and peaceful. I look forward to returning soon! :))
